Tickets
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, ticket type and holder shown in its confirmation. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or reused after check-in.
Entry and identification
Guests must present a valid ticket and may be required to show a government-issued photo ID matching the booking information. Venue, age, safety and event-specific rules apply to every attendee.
Payments, changes and refunds
Prices, fees, refund eligibility, event changes and cancellation terms are shown during checkout or in the event-specific policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Acceptable use
You may not guess ticket numbers, bypass verification limits, interfere with ticketing systems, resell tickets unlawfully or use TCC services for fraudulent activity.
Event changes
Live events may be affected by artist schedules, venue requirements, safety conditions or circumstances outside TCC's reasonable control. Material changes and available remedies will be communicated through the contact details supplied at purchase.
