Information we collect
When you purchase or verify a ticket, TCC may collect your name, email address, phone number, order details, payment status and event check-in status. We do not store complete payment-card details.
How we use information
We use this information to process orders, deliver and validate tickets, provide event support, prevent fraud, manage venue entry and meet legal obligations.
Event marketing
We may use contact details provided for a TCC ticket purchase or subscription to send event announcements, early access and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out does not affect essential ticket and purchase messages.
Sharing, security and retention
Information is shared only with service providers and authorized event staff who need it to deliver the event. Access is restricted by staff role. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for operations, accounting, disputes and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential ticket or service messages.
