Information we collect
When you purchase or verify a ticket, TCC may collect your name, email address, phone number, order details, payment status and event check-in status. We do not store complete payment-card details.
How we use information
We use this information to process orders, deliver and validate tickets, provide event support, prevent fraud, manage venue entry and meet legal obligations. When you confirm the communication consent at checkout, we also use the supplied email address and phone number for ticket delivery, essential booking updates, event announcements and offers by email and WhatsApp.
Event marketing
Checkout records the wording, version and time of your consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop WhatsApp marketing by replying STOP or OPT OUT. Email and WhatsApp opt-outs are recorded independently, and opting out of marketing does not prevent essential messages required to fulfil an existing ticket purchase.
Sharing, security and retention
Information is shared only with service providers and authorized event staff who need it to deliver the event. Access is restricted by staff role. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for operations, accounting, disputes and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law. You can manage email and WhatsApp marketing independently; unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential ticket or service messages.
