1. Send your request
Email teamconceptcrew@gmail.com with the subject TCC SCNR account deletion request. Include the Google email address you used in TCC SCNR. Preferably send from that address so we can verify ownership.
Prepare deletion request email
This opens your email app; you must send the email to submit the request. If no email app opens, use your preferred email service and the address above. Never send your Google password, one-time codes, ticket QR codes, or identity documents.
2. We verify and process it
TCC will verify ownership before acting and reply with the request status. If you no longer have access to the email address, tell us so we can arrange a safe verification method. Sending a request does not immediately delete anything.
Once verified, we remove your scanner authorization, revoke access, and delete the associated account/profile data unless a specific retention obligation applies. We confirm completion and explain any information retained, its reason, and the applicable retention period. This does not delete your Google account.
3. What is deleted or retained
The request covers your TCC SCNR authentication identity, staff profile information (such as name and email), role and event assignments, and associated personal data. Security and check-in audit records may need limited retention for fraud prevention, active disputes, or legal obligations; personal identifiers are removed or anonymized where retention is not necessary.
Deleting your scanner account does not delete other guests’ tickets, financial records, or event attendance records. Uninstalling or logging out alone does not delete server-side data. There is no automatic 90-day deletion promise: retention depends on the record and applicable obligation, and TCC explains any exception when responding.
You may also email us to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account. See our privacy policy for the wider data-handling practices.
