By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy of Jingle Land 2026 website.

·      Admits one (1) person of age 5 years and above only.

·      Rights of admission reserved with the organiser.

·      Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 10 per customer.

·      When arriving in groups, the lead purchaser (the name specified as the account holder on Jingle Land 2026) must be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. 

·      Please enter the full and correct Name which may be used for on ground verification/authentication at the venue. 

·      In order for tickets to be valid, on arrival at the show the transactor may be asked to provide all of the following items alongside their ticket(s):

·      Photo ID (Driving licence, Aadhar card)

·   Booking confirmation email

·   Lead purchasers mobile number

·   Only tickets purchased through Jingle Land 2026 are valid for admission. 

·      Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be canceled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer. Your ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if RESOLD or OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry. 

·      Ticket prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organiser.

·      The organiser reserves the right to change the event date and/or time without prior intimation. In case of any rescheduling, you shall be notified via email.

·      You may be required to comply with any local Covid 19 regulations required at the time of the concert, if any.

·      You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19, H1N1, and/or its variants or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the organiser.

·      Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances only. 

·      Re-entry is not permitted.

·      Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.

·      No outside food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, matches, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue.

·      Ticket holders’ belongings will be searched on entry to the Event. If the ticket holder elects not to consent to such searches, and/or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, they may be denied entry to the Event without refund or other compensation.

·      Please enter the full and correct name which may be used for on ground verification/authentication at the venue. Carry a soft copy of your valid Govt. ID proof. 

·   The Event is a drug-free event. Consumption of banned items/substances is strictly prohibited at the venue. Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985, at the Event will be evicted immediately from the Venue and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, the organiser reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such ticket holders. 

·   Organiser has the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, and/or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to harass persons, cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event. The organisers decision is final in this regard.

·   The use of audio and/or video equipment including still professional cameras and any recording equipment is strictly prohibited. 

·      This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company Jingle Land 2026.

·      The organiser and the venue do not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

·      In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.

·      The organiser and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.

·      The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee, delivery fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.

·      The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.

·      The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

·      Your co-operation is solicited.

·      Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

·   These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

·   All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artists discretion.

·   The views expressed by the artist either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, Channels), are personal, solely their own and neither represent those of Jingle Land 2026 or the producer- Jingle Land 2026 Live nor are they endorsed in any manner by Jingle Land 2026, its associates and affiliates.

·   In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Organisers may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you such as name, e-mail address or telephone number at the time of booking/registration/payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby give your consent to Organisers to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes in accordance with Jingle Land 2026’s.

·   A ticket holder grants the organiser the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit and distribute in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holders appearance (audio, video, or photographic) on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.

·   Ticket sales shall be governed at all times by Jingle Land 2026 Terms and Conditions
